How do I see the routing history for my Borrow request?

To view the routing history of a specific Borrow request:

(1) Retrieve your request(s) by entering the request number(s), patron name, or email address into the Borrow Search Request box on the homepage, or on the Borrow>Search landing page.

    - OR -

under Borrow>Search, select search criteria; for example within a certain time period, or by Request Status or Service Level.

(2) Click SEARCH.

(3) Once the request(s) are displayed, click on the Show Request History button to view the routing history of the selected request.

Note: Requests are available in the system for 150 days after they have been filled or retired.
