How do I add additional date ranges to my existing Journal Holdings?

 

  1. Choose Journals>Search Journals
  2. Input Title or other information about the journal you want to add
  3. Click Search
  4. In the search results, select the journal you want to edit by clicking the Title link
  5. Click the Edit button on the holdings record you want to update
  6. De-select 'Currently Received' checkbox, temporarily
  7. Complete existing date ranges with both begin and end Volumes or Years
  8. Click Update Holdings
  9. Click the Edit button again on the holdings record you are updating
  10. New rows will display
  11. Repeat steps 7-9 as needed to accurately represent holdings
  12. Select 'Currently Received' checkbox if still subscribed to journal
